Ramon Driesen

Ramon Driesen joined CLIMAS in the summer of 2018 following his graduation from the University of Arizona. He completed his BS in Applied Mathematics with a Minor in Spanish and is interested in the development of renewable technology and their potential uses in rural communities. He is interested in attending Graduate School to deepen his knowledge of the development of renewable technologies and their uses.
At CLIMAS his primary responsibilities are to assist with research activities and to provide technical assistance in the development of small-scale solar technologies that will be used to collect climate data in the Sonoran Desert region. Ramon also collaborates with the Bureau of Applied Research in Anthropology (BARA) in their ongoing projects in the AMBOS Nogales region.
